Dive offers a variety of youth programming options, including club, clinics, camps, leagues, tournaments, and drop-ins for boys and girls of all ages.

Club
  • Dive Volleyball Club
    • Target Group: 12U-18U
    • Duration: November Ė April
    • 6+ hours of practice and 1.5 hours of strength training and conditioning each week, 9 tournaments

Indoor Clinics & Camps
  • Dive Volleyball Basics I (Ages 12 & Under)
    • Focus: learn the fundamentals of volleyball with a strong emphasis on overhand serve and proper passing form; introduction to setting and hitting and basic rotation; adapted form of game play
    • Goal: get ready to join a league or school team
    • Duration: 6 weeks, Mondays or Fridays 5:00-6:30PM
    • Cost: $120

  • Dive Volleyball Basics II (Ages 12 & Under - completion of and recommendation by Basics I coach required)
    • Focus: continue to work on all the volleyball fundamentals with a focus on game play, especially 3 touch play
    • Goal: get ready to join a league or school team
    • Duration: 6 weeks, Wednesdays 5:00-6:30PM

  • Dive Volleyball Fundamentals (6th-8th Grade and 9th Grade Beginners)
    • Focus: practice and strengthen the fundamentals of volleyball with a strong emphasis on correct technique for serving, passing, hitting, and setting
    • Goal: prepare players for a more competitive environment that requires mastery of volleyball fundamentals
    • Duration: 6 weeks, Mondays 5:00-6:30PM
      • Week 1: Overhand Serving & Receiving
      • Week 2: Hitting (Including Transition and Footwork)
      • Week 3: Defense (Including Sprawls and Dives)
      • Week 4: Serving (Overhand and Jump)
      • Week 5: Setting & Hitting (Including Middle Hitting)
      • Week 6: Game Strategy & Guided Play
    • Cost: $120 full session; $25 single day

  • Dive Volleyball Advanced Skill Training (middle school and high school players who have graduated from Fundamentals)
    • Focus: building on the fundamentals of volleyball (players should be able to overhand serve as well as pass with consistency to a target), players will work on honing and fine tuning their skills; weeks 1-3 focus on perfecting volleyball skills; weeks 4-6 focus on positions
    • Goal: prepare players for a competitive play environment (teams that play with more complex forms of attack and defense)
    • Duration: 6 weeks, Mondays 5:00-6:30PM
      • Week 1: Advanced Serving (emphasis on jump serving and floaters as well as target serving; basic overhand serving skills required)
      • Week 2: Hitting (emphasis on technique as well as placement and power)
      • Week 3: Defense (sprawls, dives, positioning, and reading attacks)
      • Week 4: Middles, Shoots, & Quicks (setting, hitting, and blocking)
      • Week 5: Game Strategy & Guided Play (6:2 and 5:1 systems)
      • Week 6: Advanced Serving and Serve-Receive (emphasis on transitioning from serve-receive to attack)
    • Cost: $120 full session; $25 single day

  • Dive All-Day Skills Camps (6-8th Grade, Freshmen without Club Experience; Beginner/Intermediate Skill Level)
    • Focus: work on all volleyball skills with emphasis on overhand serving and ball control
    • Goal: prepare players for a more competitive environment that requires mastery of all volleyball skills and strategy and be ready for all try-outs (Gold Crown, middle school, club)
    • Duration: 2 or 3 days
      • 9AM-3PM (option for 4PM pick-up)
    • Cost (lunch included):
      • One Day: $120

  • Dive Summer Skills Camp (High School Ages and Advanced Middle School-Aged Players)
    • Focus: work on all volleyball skills; get in top volleyball condition
    • Goal: be ready for all try-outs (high school, club)
    • Duration: 4 weeks
      • Volleyball Skills - Mondays & Wednesdays 9-11AM
      • Strength Training & Conditioning - Mondays, Wednesdays 11AM-12PM, & Fridays 8:30-9:30AM (Fridays at Central Park in Stapleton - near playground/water park - at 8601 Martin Luther King Blvd)
